Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at no charge before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will be processed through our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@flexishippingcontainers.
Returns
We accept returns of shipping containers under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the container.
- The container must be in the same condition it was delivered in (unused, unmodified, and free from damage).
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the container is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your container.
- Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned container to confirm it meets our return requirements.
- It may take up to 15 business days for the refund to be issued once the container is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Containers

Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, final sale items, or discounted containers may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
